Ramesh Talagampa Appointed TA Head At Lloyds Technology Centre India

Ramesh Talagampa has been appointed Head of Talent Acquisition at Lloyds Technology Centre India. In his new role, he will oversee talent acquisition strategy and execution, with a focus on building talent pipelines, strengthening recruitment capabilities and supporting workforce expansion.

Talagampa will be responsible for aligning the talent acquisition function with the organisation’s broader business requirements. His remit includes recruitment strategy, talent mapping, workforce planning and building hiring capabilities across functions.

He brings experience in technology recruitment, executive hiring and talent acquisition leadership across India, APAC and EMEA. His career has included roles at Uber, ServiceNow, Amazon and Ivy Comptech.

Before joining Lloyds Technology Centre India, Talagampa spent nearly four years at Uber as Director and Head of Talent Acquisition for Asia Pacific. He led talent acquisition strategy and execution across North Asia, South Asia, Australia and New Zealand, and India.

Earlier, he spent more than three years at ServiceNow, where he held talent acquisition leadership roles covering APAC and EMEA. His responsibilities included technology, go-to-market and corporate hiring, while he also worked on scaling recruitment teams and specialised hiring functions.

At ServiceNow, he was involved in managing recruitment volumes of around 1,000 to 1,200 hires annually and building capabilities across university recruitment, talent sourcing, recruitment coordination and operations.
