Ingram Micro elevates Flavio Moraes Junior as MD & Chief Country Executive for India
Ingram Micro, a global
B2B platform leader serving the technology ecosystem, announced the appointment
of Flavio Moraes Junior as the new Managing Director and Chief Country
Executive (CCE) for India, effective October 1, 2025. He succeeds Navneet Singh
Bindra, who retires after more than two decades of transformative leadership at
Ingram Micro India.
Moraes
transitions into the India role after a successful stint as Chief Executive of
Ingram Micro Brazil since 2021. During his tenure, the Brazilian operation
emerged as one of Ingram Micro’s most successful markets in the region. Under
his leadership, the company achieved market leadership in cybersecurity,
expanded its Cloud Marketplace, and accelerated the rollout of the Ingram Micro
Xvantage digital platform. He also led the strategic acquisition of a services
company and drove a cultural shift that earned the organization a “Great Place
to Work®” certification.
With
over 25 years of experience in the technology and telecommunications
industries, Moraes brings a strong track record of digital transformation,
innovation, and operational excellence. Prior to Ingram Micro, he held senior
roles at Claro, Embratel, and Reuters, where he built and scaled digital and
cloud business units.
Moraes
holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Centro Universitário FEI, an MBA
from Fundação Getulio Vargas, and recently completed an Executive Program in
Leadership and Innovation from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Fluent
in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, he is widely respected for his strategic
thinking, collaborative leadership, and commitment to building
high-performance, partner-centric organizations.
