Ingram Micro elevates Flavio Moraes Junior as MD & Chief Country Executive for India

Ingram Micro, a global B2B platform leader serving the technology ecosystem, announced the appointment of Flavio Moraes Junior as the new Managing Director and Chief Country Executive (CCE) for India, effective October 1, 2025. He succeeds Navneet Singh Bindra, who retires after more than two decades of transformative leadership at Ingram Micro India.

Moraes transitions into the India role after a successful stint as Chief Executive of Ingram Micro Brazil since 2021. During his tenure, the Brazilian operation emerged as one of Ingram Micro’s most successful markets in the region. Under his leadership, the company achieved market leadership in cybersecurity, expanded its Cloud Marketplace, and accelerated the rollout of the Ingram Micro Xvantage digital platform. He also led the strategic acquisition of a services company and drove a cultural shift that earned the organization a “Great Place to Work®” certification.

With over 25 years of experience in the technology and telecommunications industries, Moraes brings a strong track record of digital transformation, innovation, and operational excellence. Prior to Ingram Micro, he held senior roles at Claro, Embratel, and Reuters, where he built and scaled digital and cloud business units.

Moraes holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Centro Universitário FEI, an MBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas, and recently completed an Executive Program in Leadership and Innovation from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, he is widely respected for his strategic thinking, collaborative leadership, and commitment to building high-performance, partner-centric organizations.
