GlobalLogic Appoints Pooja Mathur as Global Head of Growth Marketing
GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group Company
and leader in digital engineering, announced the elevation of Pooja
Mathur as the Global Head of Growth Marketing, marking a significant step
in strengthening its global marketing leadership as the company accelerates its
AI-led growth strategy.
In her new role, Pooja will
lead GlobalLogic’s industry and service line marketing globally, with a
sharp focus on driving demand generation, strengthening account-based marketing
strategies, and deepening partner and ecosystem engagement, including synergies
within the Hitachi Group. She will play a pivotal role in aligning marketing
initiatives with business outcomes, enabling pipeline acceleration and
supporting revenue growth across global markets.

Since joining GlobalLogic in 2023 as
Head of Marketing for APAC, Pooja Mathur has driven strategic alignment with
business leadership, elevating customer and employee engagement and strengthening
regional market positioning. She has played a key role in advancing
GlobalLogic’s AI narrative across media and external platforms, while enabling
flagship customer engagement initiatives such as Shankhnaad, focused on Global
Capability Centers (GCCs).

Pooja brings over 19+ years of
experience in integrated marketing, brand strategy, and communications. Prior
to GlobalLogic, she held leadership roles at EY, where she led marketing
initiatives for Private Equity and M&A businesses, and other key flagship
firm alumni and client programs, working within highly matrixed global
environments.
Her appointment comes as GlobalLogic
redefines its strategy around becoming an AI-native, AI-applied engineering
leader—moving beyond AI-enabled solutions to embed intelligence at the core of
engineering. This evolution is driven by its VelocityAI platform and amplified
by the Hitachi Group ecosystem, with increasing focus on Physical AI and
