Deel invites global talent to join its first-ever virtual hiring event: Get Inspired, Get Hired
Deel, the global payroll and HR
platform, announced ‘Get Inspired,
Get Hired’, a large-scale virtual hiring event that brings
professionals from around the world together to learn more about Deel, connect
directly with open job opportunities, and potentially land a role with the
company. The event will take place on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at 5:00 PM
UTC and is open to candidates globally.
Deel plans to add over
300 new hires to its fast-growing sales team in the first quarter of the year
and will leverage this event to accelerate the hiring process. Through this
fully virtual experience, the company is giving global talent immediate access
to open positions across the organization worldwide. Following the live
session, all attendees will be invited to apply for the open roles, with
AI-powered initial interviews offered to all applicants.
To further fast-track the hiring
process, Deel will leverage AI-driven hiring technologies powered by key
collaborators micro1, Covey, and Metaview. This includes using AI to
assess candidate skills and fit early in the process, initial interview stage,
and capture interview insights to enable faster, more consistent hiring
decisions. With AI, Deel talent acquisition team will be able to significantly
accelerate hiring and reduce time to hire.
Beyond an overview of
current open roles, the agenda will also feature leadership spotlights,
insights into Deel’s global growth story and culture, and a live Q&A
session. Speakers include Deel co-founders, CEO Alex Bouaziz and CRO Shuo Wang,
as well as senior sales leaders from across the organization.
