Zygal Appoints Jason Bezuidenhout as Chief Revenue Officer to Accelerate Global Growth

Zygal, Cloud AI Surveillance Platform, has appointed Jason Bezuidenhout as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), strengthening its leadership team as the company continues to expand its presence across international markets.

Jason brings around two decades of experience in sales and business development, with a career spanning the rapidly evolving security technology landscape. His experience includes electronic surveillance, CCTV, cloud-connected security solutions, remote video monitoring and AI-driven security technologies, giving him a broad perspective on how technology is reshaping the way security is delivered.

Over the course of his career, Jason has worked across multiple territories and markets, with a particular focus on building distribution networks, partnerships and strategic alliances. His recent experience has been strongly focused on Remote Video Monitoring (RVM), with the North American market representing a significant part of his work over the past decade.

Prior to joining Zygal, Jason held senior leadership positions with organisations such as Webeye and Robotic Assistance Devices. At Robotic Assistance Devices, he was involved in bringing AI and autonomous security technologies into monitoring centres and large-scale security operations.

Jason’s career has followed the evolution of the security industry from traditional CCTV and electronic surveillance towards remote monitoring, cloud-based platforms and AI-enabled security operations. His appointment comes at a time when organisations are increasingly looking to move beyond simply detecting security events towards faster verification, intelligent decision-making and coordinated response.

Speaking about his approach to the industry, Jason said: “My approach has always been centred on understanding our clients’ businesses and challenges, and then helping them achieve their goals using the best technology available.”
