Exabeam Appoints Kiley LePage as Chief Legal Officer
Exabeam, a global leader in intelligence and
automation that powers security operations, announced the appointment of Kiley
LePage as Chief Legal Officer. LePage will oversee all legal matters across the
organisation and serve as a key member of the executive leadership team,
providing strategic counsel to support the growth of Exabeam through
partnerships and business development.

process and scale in a global environment, combined with her ability to foster
strong, cross-functional partnerships, particularly across go-to-market

As Chief Legal Officer, Kiley LePage brings
nearly 30 years of experience in the technology sector, with deep expertise in
litigation, mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiation, and employment law.
She previously served as general counsel and secretary at Compuware
Corporation. At Exabeam, LePage will advise the board and executive team on key
legal and business matters while leading the company’s overall legal strategy.
She will also work closely with teams across finance, operations, sales, human
resources, and technology to ensure legal alignment, mitigate risk, and support
long-term, sustainable growth.
